1. Service
Onshop provides chatbot-supported product search, seller information, and order-support workflows for participating stores and sellers.
2. Seller information
Product availability, prices, and seller terms are provided by participating sellers. We do not guarantee that seller-supplied information is complete, current, or error-free unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
3. Customer use
Customers must use the service lawfully and must not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
4. Orders and payments
Unless explicitly stated by Onshop, purchases are completed with the relevant seller. Seller-specific refund, delivery, warranty, and payment terms may apply.
5. Platform rules
Use of Messenger and other Meta products is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies. We may limit or remove service access when required to comply with platform rules or applicable law.
